Well, it has been awhile since I did a post. Life has certainly been busy. Plus keeping up with all of these blogs keeps me busy as well. Today, I just realized I have 4 blogs. Like am I some kind of crazy person. Have 1 for knitting, 1 for photo's, 1 for cooking/grilling and this 1. Probably going to get rid of one (the cooking and grilling) but who knows maybe not. Each time I think about someone asks for a recipe I posted and so I refer them to that blog.
We are planning a trip over to Europe in the fall with Cathy and Dennis our traveling partners. The four of us went over to New Zealand and Austrailia in 1995 for 8 weeks. We had a great time and still look back at that trip with lots of good memories. Right now we are in the midst of figuring out where we wish to travel on the land. We pretty much plan a tenative itinerary and wing it from there. We are not into "organized tours", do a couple but that is not how the trip is done.
So more to follow and I'll keep remembering to update our latest happenings.
