About 4 weeks ago, I made a trip over to Napa to visit with an old friend who was out here in CA with her 2 daughters. Carolyn lives in Ohio and we had not seen each other for about 15 years. We decided to meet up and do a Mud Bath session up in Calistoga, visit a couple of wineries and just do the girlie thing.
We had a blast. As I and her had never tried the Mud Bath's before it was a new experience for all of us, including her 2 daughters. As we did not have a camera to take a picture of Carolyn and I, we did get one of her 2 daughters sitting in the mud with the cucumber slices on the eyes. We were totally exhausted and our system detoxed after the Mud Bath. Let me tell you, we had mud in all kinds of places which I will not elaborate on. Still had that sandy feeling even after taking 2 showers on Sunday. Afterwards, we made a trip over to Mondavi and had lunch over at Satuii's which is always a nice place for a picnic type lunch.
It was a great weekend and we all had so much fun. If you ever want to try something different, the Mud Bath's are well worth it.
